At DEWALT Workwear, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not fully satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your workwear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
